Introduction

Initially it was named as  Para Medical Institute.

In 1963, It’s journey has started with only 30 students of Sanitary Inspectorship Training (SIT) course.

In 1989, the former name was changed to Institute of Health Technology and started Diploma in Medical Technology Course.
